What is the SHIS notation for this headset? Crown fork race included?
I am looking for a ZS44/28.6 ZS44/30 headset for a Giant Seek 0, 2010 model. Is this appropriate? I also notice that Ritchey make a similar ZS42/28.6 ZS42/30 as well and I don't want to buy the wrong one. Does this come with a crown fork race or does that need to be purchased separately?
Unfortunately this headset will not be compatible. The following headset below in the options 2: Top = 1 1/8" Integral - ZS44/28.6 and B: Bottom = 1 1/8" Integral - ZS44/30 will be compatible with the crown race included.
If Polar A300 does not have GPS, how does it keep track of distance covered? how does it measure my Max Oxygen uptake? How does it display all the complex data re my sleep quality/pattern?
I can confirm that the device measures distance from steps and the activity tracker will feed all information to the Polar Flow web service and app which will give you all the information you need and feed information regarding your well being to the app directly.
Will this give speed and distance info tor my garmin if I have original turbo Muin? Will I be able to use it for Zwift or must the Elite app be used?
Do I need to run the Elite app to see speed and distance? Can I use this to train on Zwift with my Elite Turbo Muin? I already have power and cadence so just want speed and distance on garmin and on Zwift.
I can confirm that the device is compatible with the Elite App and the Zwift training simulator. This device will allow turn a standard trainer to a smart trainer and provide speed and cadence to any iOS and Android smartphones, cycle computers and GPS devices with ANT+ or Bluetooth Smart Ready technology.
