The professional work-stand also used by Pro Tour teams, designed to meet their needs, Completely height-adjustable, with possibility of rotating the top part even with the bicycle mounted.

Ease of movement

Just received one of these and it seems extremely stiff to rotate and adjust height and squeals really loudly when doing either. Also I can still get the stand to rotate (stiffly!) when the knob at the top of the tripod is tightened as far as I can get it. There's also a part missing but that's another issue ...

Anyone have any similar experience or have I got a bit of a duff one?!
Staff Answer
It sounds like you have a faulty stand and your best bet is to get it back to us. Have a look at the following link for information on how to return this to us.

Excepting typical workshop tools, what other product specific items are required for installation?

I note that, disappointingly, this product doesn't come supplied with either a syringe or an oil funnel, both of which seem to be required for installation. Do you sell these separately?

And is there any other essential component that I need for fitting that isn't included?
Staff Answer
These come pre-bled and set up so a funnel and syringe will not be required.
They will only need the allen key to fit the levers and the brake caliper for fitting.
