" Looks good and feels comfy enough, but that’s about it. There are better choices out there if you want the compression (they also cost more). "
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive, not compressive

" The good: great fit, nice design;
The bad: dust magnet, never had a pair this bad before;
The ugly: threads coming out of one pocket, buttonhole and other places.
The fit is great and I’m definitely going to wear them on city rides, so that part is fine.
But it’s not what I expected, given all the enthusiastic Rapha reviews. It actually looks cheap, with all these threads coming out of it and dust sticking to it like I’ve never seen before.
For sizing, I’m 1.85, 75kg and I usually wear 30-32 in other brands. Got the 30L.

" I really like how they feel and like the design, except the buttons, which look a bit flimsy. Speaking of that, I've had a mixed experience with Howies products: the chinos I got from them have been holding up very well for two years now, but their organic denim jeans ripped under the crotch less than a year after buying them. It was quite disappointing for a product coming from a supposedly environmentally friendly company... I'm hoping this pair lasts much longer than that. "

" Have had some problems with them rolling down after 2-3 hours, but maybe that's because of my hairy legs. Aside from that, they've kept me reasonably warm and dry even during a winter downpour at 0C. "

" Very practical jersey in both in cold and cool weather. I personally like the fact that the arms are a more breathable material than the front, because you can always combine it with arm warmers in cold weather, and it makes the jersey suitable for warmer weather as well.
The downside for me is the length. It's too short, and got me some not too kind comments from my admittedly not too kind mates. Looking at the pics from our last trip, I have to admit that the comments were not entirely unwarranted. I much prefer the pics in which I was wearing the rain jacket over it.
I'm 185cm/75kg and got the large, which gives me enough room to layer up underneath.

Exacly what I wanted

" Great jacket, the hi-vis looks good and will protect you from rain and wind. I am 1.85/77kg and a large fits well with two or three layers underneath. It's not tight, but I'm not trying to break any speed records and prefer it this way. Only used it in -2 to 5 degree temperatures, so not sure how hot it'll get in spring or fall, but it's great for winter over a couple of warm layers. You can also wrap it and put it in your back pocket if it gets too warm, so I think this will be my go-to rain jacket for the foreseeable future. No idea what a more expensive jacket would feel like, but this does exactly what I needed for a reasonable price. "

" Very warm and comfortable in really cold days (I've used them in -4 to 5 so far), but my hands got a bit sweaty at the end of a steep climb. I fully expected that, to be honest - I've never had a pair of gloves that didn't get sweaty while running or cycling. They're a little bulky, and changing gears takes a bit of time to get used to. Still, these are very good gloves for the price, if you're willing to brave subzero temperatures. "

Disc brakes

Size advice

6ft 0.5 inch height, 33" waist, 12 stone weight and 38" chest. Recommended size?
I'm about the same, and a large fits well. A medium would probably fit as well, if you prefer it to be tight. Winters are cold in Korea so I wanted to make sure I can layer up underneath, and a large is perfect for that.
