" Taste is not bad and you can tell it's made of good quality ingredients, but I found them too sweet for my taste. Also, expiration date was only 4 months away.

Good taste, heavy texture but easy on the stomach

" Ordered the banana flavor and found it quite good, not too sweet unlike Clif Bars. Texture is a bit chewy but not difficult to digest, at least while riding. Great value when bought on promotion, at less than 1 euro per unit. Expiration date was almost one year, so no problems there.

How is sizing related to Shimano's shoes?
I am a 45 in Shimano shoes, but those are supposed to be 28.5 cm while these shoes are 29,3 cm on that same size 45 while size 44 is 28.6 cm. Should I get a 44 or a 45?
