" I wore mine for the first time last night for the commute home at 11.30pm, with blustery winds and heavy rain thrown in. I was also wearing my Respro hump rucksack cover and some ankle bands on my wrists, all purchased from Wiggle.
As I passed the local cinema, I could see a car with a couple of young lads in it hurtling towards the exit feed road and thought they haven't seen me, but the car then screeched to a halt to let me pass.
At the lights a bit further down, the windows of the car were lowered and I was greeted by 'yo yo yo, bro you are lit up like a Christmas tree- that stuff is bare good!'
I believe this is street talk for 'job done' in relation to how visible you become when wearing this stuff... "

" I have worn mine a number of times over the past few months, both in heavy rain and on cold early morning rides. They have done exactly what they claim to do in that my hands have been kept both warm and shielded from the rain.
They look great and the medium size fits my hands perfectly. The palms have good grip and a few months in the gloves look as good as the day I took them out of the bag. I like the simplicity of the design and find no issues working zips, bike computer or getting stuff out of my rear pockets when wearing them.
My advice is to get your hands warm before you put them into the glove, as if you put cold hands in then this is how they will stay. In warmer temperatures they make my hands sweat slightly, but this disappears when the temperature plunges.
All in all an excellent glove in my view. "

" I bought these during the recent 2 for 1 purchase which was a great bargain. The gel is really light and easy to drink. The gel is easy to open while riding and get down quickly.
I have a couple around an hour before a long ride and then use the sachets as a boost every 30 minutes, alternating with energy bars. I rate the high five products quite highly. "

" I am a newbie to sports nutritional drinks, but have been running and cycling for most of my life. I always put up with muscle pain thinking it came with the territory. I do more cycling these days and increasing my mileage upwards of 50 miles a ride makes my leg muscles sore the next day so I decided to give this product a try.
It actually works- and tastes really great too. I have the chocolate flavour, it tastes like a real milkshake and is easily digested. It has definitely reduced the aches and pains although not completely.
I make it up immediately after a ride and find it tastes best made fresh with water. I look forward to drinking it after a hard ride. my advice on mixing would be do it in something that you can shake hard as it doesn't mix so well when you stir it.
The tabs are tasty and make taking on fluid during a ride easier. I also mix some up around an hour before a long ride and that seems to give me some extra energy when I start off. "

" I have worn mine a number of times now on early morning rides and when returning from work at night when the temperature has dropped. It definitely keeps my head and ears warm, and is comfortable to wear underneath a cycle helmet. The sides are easily long enough to cover my whole ear area.
There is a lot of wind noise generated, but its only really noticeable upwards of 20 mph. I have had less wind noise with other skull caps and buffs so this is my only criticism. Style wise, I have yet to meet the person that looks good in a skull cap. "

" I have two of these tops. They keep you warm, feel superb next to the skin and dry without any smell.
I am 5'10", 11 1/2 stone, 32" waist and 40" chest. The medium is a snug fit on me. Unlike dhb jackets where my experience is go up a size, with this product I would advise you to stick with usual size.
The sweat wicks away from the body and you feel warm and dry when wearing it.
Can't go wrong with this item." "

" Part of the fun of winter riding for me has been dressing up in various layers and garments to keep the cold out- almost like a battle strategy to beat the elements. The downside is always the time taken to dress and then dry the wet clothing out before the next ride.
I had been looking quite closely at the thermosuit since the beginning of the year but was always put off by the cost. However I recently took the plunge and ordered a medium and a large.
As I took the suit out of the wrapping the feel and look suggested that it was going to be worth every penny. On sizing, I am 5'10 tall, 11 1/2 stone and with 32" waist and 40" chest. The medium was way too small, but the large fitted perfectly.
The material is really good quality, the tight section has a matt texture apart from the flourescent stripes, while the upper body is more silky/shiny due to the windstopper fabric and flourescent arm. The top feels quite flimsy and I was sceptical of its ability to keep me warm and dry as advertised but it is actually extremely strong.
I went out in it this morning for a cheeky 30 miler before starting my shift and I hoped it would rain and the weather duly obliged for most of the ride, at around 12 degrees with some blustery winds thrown in. I wore a merino wool base layer and socks, and my diluvio gloves and overshoes.
I did not feel any cold at all and my arms and chest which were also completely dry, apart from sweat in the baselayer. The rain just bubbled up before running off the arm and leg surfaces and it was quite strange to just see it sitting there.
The suit is extremely lightweight, and more like a second skin than anything else which initially made me fell a little vulnerable- but not for long. Its been hanging up for an hour now and already feels almost dry to the touch on the outside.
One minor point is that you have to make sure that the hem of your base layer is pulled down properly over your back before suiting up as there is no way to get access and adjust otherwise.
It is rather expensive but I am keeping it regardless and looking forward to testing it out in more severe cold to see if it keeps me as warm as it did dry today.
This suit is the most awesome thing I have ever worn on a bike. "

" Bought the black in size large to add to my winter clothing options recently and have tried it out in the rain over the past few days. The jacket really feels and looks good on, its a quality garment without mistake.
It is not a rain jacket but the material did a good job of not absorbing the rain during the first hour of riding. The pit zips were easy to operate with my neoprene gloves on as was the main zip which operates smoothly. The high collar kept my neck warm.
As with previous experience, I would always advise go up a size on normal when it comes to dhb jerseys and jackets. "

Hi Rick,
I also have to size up with Castelli from Medium to large, and its the same for me with their gloves- My hands are a medium in other brands of gloves but a large in Estremo- so in your case I advise you go for L/XL

I would not advise you to wear an underglove with the Diluvio neoprene gloves. If the gloves are not a snug and tight fit then you have the wrong size. It is the neoprene contact with the skin that makes damp hands feel dry-and keeps them warm

There isn't a great deal of difference between the male and female specific glasses particularly, other than the size of the nose bridge which is narrower on female models.

The main factor is the difference between the bone structure of male and female faces. To sum up, what really matters is the size of your face. Would advise you try a pair on at your LBS first.
