" Very fast tyre but cuts punctures easy. I ride with sealant now which helps a lot!! Still by this tyre every time although I always feel I should have spent the extra money and go for conti competition or schawblt (can't remember spelling) one tyre.
One day I will try something else!

" Brought in haste for carbon rims. worked well enough but always had the thought of it rolling off under heavy braking. Caught myself always checking the rim temp. Still, rode london 100 with is and it was fine. No Alpine descents there though!!

" Rode this in Grand Canaria for a week of hard riding. Great on descents and when climbing. Back tyre had seen better days after though. Couldn't recommend for commuting

" Had a flat before a race in some Vittoria Corsa 3, a standard occurrence I can assure you. Whacked some of this in and Vuala! One inflated tub. Went down around 12 hours later as expected but inflated again and it held pressure. Just follow the instructions and don't use it with tubes… it's for tubs!

" I first brought an ISM TT saddle after a recommendation from a friend and instantly loved it. You don't get any numbness and I actually felt an increase in power + my times actually came down. A year on I brought this saddle for my commuting/social ride bike with the thought that it would make the ride a little more comfortable. I was not disappointed!
Although some might think is sacrilege to park your backside on the millennium falcon, you have to put that out of your mind and just go for it. The wider tip pushed your knees out slightly and puts you in a great position. This saddle is really supportive and just molds to you. The only drawback with this saddle is that it is not leather. Maybe take a look at the others in the range as if you get caught in the rain, you're going to have a bad time... For all you fair weather cyclists though, this is the one!

" Great hard wearing winter tyre that's fast and has plenty of grip. Holds well even in wet. Raced quite a technical crit on these due to rain and I felt confident in corners etc.
I also use them as a commuting tyre and have not had a puncture on them even after around 2km. I did notice a cut though when cleaning my bike last night but as I say, after 2km, they're still in good shape!

" Brought these as I had a mate convincing me to get shorter cranks (172.5 down to 165) so got these for winter riding instead of making the switch mid season and possibly spending a lot of money on some lighter cranks I don't get on with. The difference is amazing and I highly recommend changing if you've been thinking about it!!
These are a good price and good value but if you have a little more cash available, I have seen the new 4 arm Ultegra cranks for around 165-170 and they are super light!!

" This was purchased as an impulse buy and therefore I didn't read the description that well. I really required a much thicker hood for the colder months of September through December!!! " I purchased these as they seemed the best value for money at the time. They are inner tubes and are supposed to hold air in them and as it happens, these do exactly that! They also will fail to do that if something sharp manages to get though your tire or if you hit a pot hole at a high enough velocity. If you're looking for puncture poof tubes, I suggest you purchase new tires!

" It is recommended by Innovations that you use Innovation branded CO2 cartridges along with their products and in no way am I suggesting that you should not do so. However, that being said, I have purchased exactly the same unbranded cartridges for other applications which in my opinion will do exactly the same job and furthermore are less then half the price!

Width at front
How wide is the saddle at the front (or 'nose') from edge to edge?
Without measuring I couldn't tell you but you get used to the slightly wider fit very quickly. I also use the TT version which I find slightly too wide so I just got some zip ties and put it round the front on the mounting rails which pulls the tips in.

Anyone rid both and which did they prefer? And is there much difference In the puncture protection?
Durano has must less rolling resistance, Marathon has more puncture resistance but not a great deal more but also preforms better in the wet. Depends on what you're looking for

Difference between 52 and 53 tooth
Looks like wiggle are out of stock of the 39x53 (175crank) in black, so I was wondering if the 39x52 would be suitable for doing the job? i.e.. is it the same diameter as the 53 tooth. Im not too mechanically minded so I'm not too keen to adjust the front derailleur if I don't have to.
if you change from 53t down to 52t you might be able to get away without adjusting the front derailleur but I would strongly recommend getting it done. It will cause issues when shifting and could possibly result in the chain coming off. The derailleur should sit around 3mm off the chainring. I would recommend sticking with a 53 if that's what you've been riding on unless you find yourself never using the smallest gear on the back. Switching to a 52 might result in you spinning out from time to time.

Shimano Octalink 105 5500 + Shimano - 105 5700 Hollowtech II + Shimano 105 5701 chain + Shimano - Ultegra 6700 cassette + Shimano 105 5700 back wheel hub
Octalink and hollowtech are different technologies so you cannot mix the two. If you wanted to use this crank (105 5700) and you currently have 105 5500, you'll have to replace your bottom bracket. Everything else should be okay.

what size inner tube do i need for my focus killer bee xxl
Inner tube size is dependent upon the tire and not the bike. You should have a look on the tire wall for the size. The max pressure for the tire will also be on there...

will an aqua sphere hood for mens fit 61cm head and not be too tight?
My head is approximately 61cm (just roughly measured with a ruler) and it fits nicely. Takes a bit of a tug to get on but comes off easily...

As body glide is not a petroleum based product it will not damage your wetsuit. For this reason I cannot see why you couldn't use it on the outside of your wetsuit.
