" I have tried Look ‘Keo’ and Shimano 'Ultegra' and could not differentiate the quality or performance with them and the Shimano '105' PD-5700 SPD pedals. The Shimano '105' have a wider platform for the cleats which suited my wide foot and it certainly diminished the foot pain I experienced with the other pedals on cycle rides over 120k. Albeit, like most accessories or components fitted to road cycles, what is good for one may not be good for the other; anyway that’s the fun in cycling – experimenting till you nail the right one.

The Velox rim tape is light and sticks well so it won't get pushed into spokes when you pump the tyre up.

" Using vinyl type rim tape on previous occassions doesn't appear to go the distance; however Velox cloth rim tape has the added thickness material to offset tube pressure against the spoke holes - so far so good, no replacement for in excess of a year in use. Good product for the price - best of all no flats caused by rim tape failure.

" There is a range of tyres available and how do you know if the ones you buy are OK. I have ridden on Vittoria Rubino and Vittoria Rubino Pro (and they're good) on the two roadies and whilst surfing the net on Wiggle for replacement tyres, the reviews and the product description (TPI) caught my interest. Diamante Pro are easy fit, roll easy, good handling (however have not encountered wet weather capability) characteristics and to date (1500klm) no punctures. In saying this I am observant of the tyre pressures and found 95/110 psi front /rear works well. Lower than this tyres feel flat especially over gravel or pebble surfaces. Be nice if Vittoria gave options on colour scheme like Rubino Pros.

" I have yet to affix the chain stay protector, however by the feel of the product it seems of good quality. Whilst there are some comments on the glue not being of good properties which I am yet to discover, I will ensure the area for contact is thoroughly clean and dry. If in all the protector does not remain in an affixed state I will the add further comments.

This TA X112 36 tooth inner chainring is compatible with 2015 Campagnolo 11 speed 4-arm chainset such as Super Record, Record and Chorus. Made from heat treated 7075 alloy, they are anodised Anthracite in colour and feature lazer engraved decals.
TA X112 -36T be compatible with the TA X145 -50T
I have Campagnolo 2015 Super Record TI 53-39 crankset and I want to change it out to 50-36 and or 52-36. Will this chain ring (TA X112 -36T) be compatible with the TA X145 -50T)? Can I use the original mounting bolts or is there special TA bolts I need to use.
