" Does the job nicely. Comes with an attachment for bottle cage bolts, but I carried it in a backpack.
Two-direction pumping makes things a bit easier and quicker.
The valve's not 'intelligent', so you have to manually switch between valve types (just make your friends buy the same valve as you use!).
Only problem is occasionally I had to tighten the handle-end to stop air leaking for one pumping direction (although it still pumped up on the pull-stroke).
Like all pumps the O-ring may eventually need replacing, but this is sturdy, a good size for the job, and very good value for money.

" Works exactly as your would expect.
Easily readable display (even readable from helmet cam video on good frames).
One missing feature is a backlight, but if you're riding at night, you've normally got more things to concentrate on anyway, and when riding with a helmet-light you can see it anyway.
The only problem with the way the button works (pressing the whole button-end of the computer) is that a couple of times I've leant over the front wheel for whatever reason and it has reset my trip. But that's the price you pay of having a button which is easy to press while riding - better than not being able to use it.
I was also a bit worried at how easy it would be to use the menu with just one button, but it's fine.
I HAVE recommended this to a friends (and he bought it).
"
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: no backlight

Peaty is the new signature grip from Steve Peat. The Peaty grip has a small diameter for a more direct feel.

" I bought these after my last grips wore out very quickly. I was worried the white would get dirty but another review said cleaning them worked fine. They do get dirty from gloves/mud and clean off reasonably, but don't expect to get the sparkling new look again! Scrub too hard and you're wasting the grip.
Blue and red ends were a little tricky to press in to the body (put my weight into it!) but once together they lock on very well.
Since they come seperate, you can choose to put both reds on one grip and both blues on the other, or one of each on each.
They're not very soft, but are easily grippy enough.
Can't comment on durability yet! "

" Bought this to replace a worn out Deore Cassette. It weighed in at 270g compared to the Deore's 454g (measured at home). I didn't realise how much lighter it would be.
It looks good and seems very well made of course.
Can't comment on how versatile it is yet.
After replacing my worn chain and cassette my drivechain slipped! So don't forget to also check your front chainrngs. I replaced my middle one and it was fine.
In Australia this would've been $120-$150 (AUD). This was $64 AUD and free shipping with a couple of small other items! Amazing. "

Vision 1 LED Front Light 2012
Vision 1 LED Front Light 2012
This fantastic little light may just be the best addition to your night riding you can make as it a single high powered LED that pushes out 240 lumens on max power!

How does brightness/spread compare to say, a NiteRider MiNewt X2?

I'm after a good headlight for trails, and this looks like a bargain compared to the NiteRider gear. Is that just because it's in a single unit and doesn't include batteries? I'm not too fussed about run time or weight, so don't mind not having the Lithium-ion batteries.

Unit settings?

I take it the computer measures speed and distance in mph, does it have the option to change to kph?
Yes, speed and distance can be done in kph and km. That's what I have set up.
