DA RD7900ss campatability with other DA?

I have a set up of all Dura Ace 7800 parts that I upgraded except for the RD. Is the DA rear derailer 7900 compatible with the 7800 parts?

The Ultegra 6700 cassette comes with an alloy carrier and advanced Hyperglide sprocket profiles for even smoother, lighter and faster shifting.

What are the gears?

I am looking for a tighter gear ratio. I have a 11-23 now but my training program specifies certain gears. Example 20, 19, 18, 17, 16, 15. I could get by with one that has 19, 18, 17, 16 15, 14 on it. Any such luck? Used to use a 8 speed that had a set up that I needed.

I HAVE A POLAR HR MONITOR T31 CODED WHY CAN I NOT USE THAT?

I have found from experience that some products that say they won't work with the coded T31 actually will. I guess it depends on the frequency the belt uses. You could give it a try before buying a non coded one.
