A versatile waterproof cycling jacket, the Gore C3 Gore-Tex® Paclite Hooded Jacket is at home on a work commute, a coffee shop ride or on a day running errands. The GORE-TEX® construction guarantees protection from rain and wind.
"My first Goretex uninsulated jacket. Feels and looks great, 5 hour ride in light rain, no obvious problems, tiny bit moist inside but that can be regulated by the amount of clothing you wear underneath,
The zip does feel a bit flimsy, and I think that may be the first part to develop a fault. It is very tempting to wear it on any rainy day even not on a bike, but to conserve the zip life I should try to limit using it to cycling only.
Special mention for the hood. It can be happily used under your bike helmet, and doesn't obviously limit head movement, just a tad."
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile
Very lightweight and packable, Endura's FS260-Pro Adrenaline Waterproof 3/4 Trousers can be quickly deployed if you get caught in a rain shower. With an included stuff sack you can now have reliable wet weather leg protection with you at all times.
"5 hour ride in light rain, toasty and dry underneath (worn over bib longs). Generous reflective details. The cuffs could do with being adjustable (they are elasticated, but seem to compress my legs too much.
For my personal preference, they could have done with being a tad deeper between the crotch and the waistband, which like the cuffs, is not adjustable although elasticated in two sections. Often feel like they are slipping down and have to hitch them up again. Or perhaps I'm losing weight!
Flimsy af, but ultimately good.
Don't forget they are very translucent!"

SealSkinz Super Thin Pro Mid sock with Hydrostop
A performance super thin and lightweight multi-use waterproof ankle sock. Created for conditions where minimal insulation, maximum waterproof performance, high breathability and moisture wicking properties are required.
"Waterproof and breathable over a 5 hour ride in light rain. Stood in a puddle - dry feet! Nice hi-viz colour, only complaint - the 'non silicone' hydrostop band at the top left me in agony. It was like getting a chinese burn. Possibly with a barrier cream it might be viable; for now I'll have to roll the top over so that the band is on the outside. One star off for this."
The dhb Pro Triple Lens Sunglasses provide 100 per cent UVA and UVB protection with a lightweight frame and 3 scratch-resistant lenses. The clear (slight tint), smoke and orange lenses allow you to choose the right one for a variety of light conditions.
"These are the first cycling glasses I owned since parting with my original Oakleys some 20 years ago. I mainly wanted some eye protection for city commuting, where particles of inappropriate language are easily swept into your eyes. Since the lenses aren't as close to the cheeks as possible, this function hasn't performed perfectly. However the orange lenses work pretty well in poor weather, and seem to enhance the image contrast. Haven't tried the clear lenses yet, and I live in dread of the sunny day when the red mirrored lenses have to come out - wayyy too posey for me. Fairly comfy fit, lens swap is not particularly fiddly, and the fitted case is a nice touch, though too bulky to take out on the road."
Pros: Comfortable, Great Value, Versatile
Cons: Limited Color Choices
