" I tried the salt stick tablets before and I never really liked them but I decided to give these a try. I found the old salt stick tablets a bit difficult to swallow (this from someone who can swallow vitamins, amino acids pills and fish oils at one time) and these are great. They taste really good and easy to take on the bike or run ....great job!! "

High5 Energy Gel Aqua, previously known as High5 IsoGel has an easy to consume consistency that will remind you more of High 5's Drinks than a Gel. With great tasting flavours, these will deliver a boost of energy right when you need it most.

" I have been using these for a few months during spinning and during running. I like to use the orange or strawberry flavour best. I use them as recommended (about every 20-30 minutes during rides and every 45 minutes to hour on runs) and most importantly it doesn't upset my stomach. "

" I have tried the chocolate which tastes a bit more scientific then the summer fruits. The satchet is great for throwing one or two in your bag when running out the door in the morning to the gym or when you just need to take one with you. That being said you pay more per kg for the convenience, but you probably already knew that going in. All in all another great product from High5!! "

" I have tried some other gels and usually they are very, very syrupy and taste horrible. I love these because the taste is quite good and you don't need to add any water (I always hated that). In addition they are quite easy to open on the bike (unlike some other brands where I struggle mightily) so its a win-win. Oh, I forgot....easy on the stomach too!! "

 High5 4:1 Training Bar 25 x 50g Pack
High5 4:1 Training Bar 25 x 50g Pack
4:1 Bar is a great tasting healthy snack for use during and after exercise. As you exercise your body’s carbohydrate store, called glycogen, is depleted. 4:1 Bar is made from cereal, fruit and nuts for a natural taste.

" I decided to try these because they were on sale (my disclaimer)....I thought ok if they aren't good I will just tolerate them until they are done. I just tried one after the box arrived and I must say they are much better than I thought!! They have just the right amount of flavor and they are quite small so you can throw them in your pocket and take them with you on your way to the gym or put them in a bento box or other storage on a tri bike. Actually I am looking forward to getting a few more boxes now that I have tried them!! I would highly recommend them. "
Pros: Great Value, tastes good

" I love these. I have long dreadlocks and I need to keep them out of my face (women with long hair I am sure can relate). Really I only wish I had more of them because I am training for a tri and between lifting weights and running and the bike its crazy how much working out I do and how I run through these in a few days. On a non important side note I saw Serena Williams wearing this recently in a tennis tournament. :) "

" I bought this because the pool where I swim can be quite cold and I hate being cold. I originally decided to try one of these because I had read some reviews on the Internet and it was on sale so I thought I would take a chance and I don't regret it at all. Its great for the pool or under a wetsuit. In fact two people at the pool asked me about it and bought it here on Wiggle and they are really happy!!!There is only one flaw, the bottom can ride up sometimes but I think thats due to me being a tweener size wise and also having a short torso for someone who is 195. " I have used Nuun products before so I am not new to them. Some of the flavors aren't so good but this really about personal taste. What I love about the product is that it isn't super sweet so you dont get that sticky mouth feel or feel like throwing it up because its too syrupy sweet. "

How wide is this headband?

Best answer
I would say about 6 cm wide. Its enough to have some on your forehead and it still will cover the front top part of your hair and will also keep your hair covered in the back.
